When you list your property and conduct business with InSight you represent and agree to the following:
1. You are of legal age and are otherwise capable of forming a legally binding contract;
2. You are the owner(s) of the listed property, as recorded in the appropriate land records and/or property tax rolls, and have the legal right to offer the property for sale;
3. The listed property is located in the United States of America;
4. The property is not currently listed with any licensed real estate professional; and
5. The information you provide to InSight is accurate and truthful.
6. You will comply with all federal, state and local laws governing the marketing and sale of your property, including, but not limited to, federal, state and local fair housing laws.

To the extent permitted by law, InSight reserves the right to refuse service, terminate listings, and/or cancel orders if, in its discretion, the company believes that a customer or client’s conduct violates any applicable laws or is harmful to the interests of InSight or InSight's other clients or customers.
